“Because we, as humans, have the power and ability to stop these damaging programs, it is not the geoengineers who are the greatest threat but those within the movement who create division.”

The definition of coopt is to divert or use in a role different from the original.

Like most issues that threaten the agendas of the “global elite”, it is common when having mass awakenings about destructive programs or agendas, to see divisiveness and co-opting of even the most powerful movements. When the activism of those who are leading the charge of bringing truth to the public threatens the establishment and cannot be discredited, it is then that we see the most cunning of infiltrations that include personal attacks and divisive arguments. These are usually brought in to slow down or even halt the progress that threatens the agendas and consolidation of power that activists are seeking to expose. Whether brought in by mistake, emotion or agenda, the same strategy of division usually appears from the same people who often use tactical character assassinations and/or bring in divisive arguments that can tear down the cohesiveness and progress that has been made. It is only by these means can those who are not “called” then rise to the top of movements, get public attention and then control which often leads to co-opting and divisions in groups.

People who co-opt movements can often be compared to a bully on the top of a mountain that push anyone off who disagrees or is threatening their specific beliefs, goals or agendas. With a great increase of division in the chemtrail/geoengineering movement, we must ask, what tactics and issues are being used to slow down the massive awakening that is occurring?

Character Assassination as a Divisive Strategy 

Character assassination is a common and effective tactic used by those looking to take power, authority and control away from another person within a group or groups. Character assassination is defined as a vicious personal attack, especially one intended to destroy a public figures reputation. While the attacks are rarely related to the issue that a public figure is addressing, they often come in the form of criticizing the figures private lives, personal affairs or different beliefs. Many of these attacks are made public or in the form of gossip and end up diverting the movement and the people involved from its common goal.

On my way to London flying from Athens airport E. Veniselos my camera caught chemtrails coming from Easy Jet and some other commercial flights! Many commercial flights have very cheap tickets and it was a wonder to me how they manage to keep their companies alive. Well, there is the answer: by making us dead! This has to stop!!! I am asking kindly all those who may have more info about this to contact me. Mostly the people who work in these or any other airlines to give me any kind of info and I pledge to keep their anonymity. "People that are loading their planes with the chemical are dressed in complete hazmat outfits," one man said at the meeting, according to KCRC. "So if this is not harmful, why are they in a complete hazmat outfit?"

The Shasta County board voted to send information from the meeting to the Environmental Protection Agency and the California Air Resources Board, as well as legislators. They plan to see if a local national park has access to equipment that can measure nanoparticles in the environment to measure the potential for chemicals.

"They say they have a lot of science, they presented us a lot of information and I think it's important for us to have that public discussion," Supervisor Pam Giacomoni said of the group that spoke at the meeting, according to the Record Searchlight.http://www.theblaze.com/

Other discussions: The ultimate issue goes beyond the board of Supervisors

Federal and States codes, regulations,& limitations and policies were discussed. Air Quality Management issues rules, development, maintenance of monitoring equipment etc.

The district feels that this is beyond there local capacity regarding the complaints filed today. He stated that aluminum is monitored. Other items Discussed were reduction of diesel vehicle emissions through grant programs ( retrofitting or replacing engines) and he stated that the expert testimonies today may very well be attributed to diesel emissions as well.

Conclusion: Air Quality Management District took a vote and it was unanimous to further look into the matter of nano aluminum environmental disaster caused by chemtrails, and a DEMAND for a response.

California, Oregon Aerosol Spraying continues the Drought 9 11 2014

There were extremely heavy chemtrails (Geoengineered Aerosols) laid over Northern California, and Oregon, on September 11, 2014. This was done to stop any rain from making it onshore. For some reason, the satellite images were not photoshopped, so we get to see what they are doing every day, in northern California.

The west coast drought is kept going, by killing EVERY low pressure rain system, out in the Pacific, using the Haarp dry air downburst. And thunderstorms are prevented by spraying aerosols, which create a hot air layer aloft (a capping inversion). The aerosols sprayed over California will spread across Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, preventing rain, and increasing the deadly UV reaching the ground. The deadly UV has increased 1550% (15 fold increase) over the last twelve years. This has been scientifically proved, but all the scientists are totally silent about it. The Internet is littered with stories of "chemtrails" and geoengineering to combat "global warming" and until recently I took these stories with a grain of salt. One of the main reasons for my skepticism was that I rarely saw what they were describing in the skies. But over the past several years I have notice a great number of these trails and I have to admit they are not like the contrails I grew up seeing in the skies. They areVI extensive, quite broad, are laid in a definite pattern and slowly evolve into artificial clouds. Of particular concern is that there are now so many ­dozens every day are littering the skies.

My major concern is that there is evidence that they are spraying tons of nanosized aluminum compounds. It has been demonstrated in the scientific and medical literature that nanosized particles are infinitely more reactive and induce intense inflammation in a number of tissues. Of special concern is the effect of these nanoparticles on the brain and spinal cord, as a growing list of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's dementia, Parkinson's disease and Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS) are strongly related to exposure to environmental aluminum.
Nanoparticles of aluminum are not only infinitely more inflammatory, they also easily penetrate the brain by a number of routes, including the blood and olfactory nerves (the smell nerves in the nose). Studies have shown that these particles pass along the olfactory neural tracts, which connect directly to the area of the brain that is not only most effected by Alzheimer's disease, but also the earliest affected in the course of the disease.
